Biography: I grew up in Padova (Italy). I received a B.S. and a M.S. in Civil Engineering at the Università degli
Studi di Padova. I spent 8 months in Vienna, Austria,
with an Erasmus program to write my Master's
Thesis on Fluvial Morphodynamics at the University
of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna.
Currently, I am doing a PhD in Mechanical
Engineering at the University of Utah.

Biography
Born in Southern California, I moved to
Evanston, IL to attend Northwestern
University for a B.S. in Mechanical
Engineering. As an undergraduate,
I worked with Engineers for a Sustainable
World in small-scale wind energy projects
that combined my interests in sustainable
development and technical design. After
graduation, I entered into an Engineering
Development Program with Siemens Energy
where I completed a rotation in large-scale
wind and worked in gas turbine
casings design for the following 3.5 years.

Biography
I grew up here in Salt Lake City and I
am pursuing a Bachelor of Science
degree in Mechanical Engineering.
I am post-processing and analyzing
data from Large Eddy Simulations
of wind farms in order to find more
efficient ways to use wind turbines.

Biography
My home town is Barcelona (Spain)
where I earned my M.E. degree and a
Master in Industrial Eng. together with
a specialization in Civil Eng. Later, I had
the opportunity to join as an associate
professor at the Universitat Politecnica
de Catalunya.
And with all of this, a little bit of
philosophy shouldn’t be bad…
